The NSCS Sweater is designed to be made with your favorite knit fabrics - Double or Single Brushed Polyester (DBP/SBP), French Terry, Rayon Spandex or Jersey - anything with at least 20% stretch and good recovery.

Rachel added a hem band.
I mashed with the Dream Tee for dress length and added a lined flounce (I also followed Emily's tutorial from Day 2 for "warm shoulders")
