Welcome these exciting new fabrics! See what our talented sewists were inspired to make!
Something for everyone!
This release has a little bit of this and a little bit of that! New athletics, a new base (spoiler alert: mesh!) plus another new perfect for Fall base, rib knit!
Let's see what the Squad sewed up this week!
Ombre Hologram
Brittanie made herself a shiny princess dress with the Seamingly Smitten Callie Pattern - she had enough left over to make Made for Mermaids Adeline dresses for her girls so they can all match!
How awesome are these leggings that Shyra made?
Burgundy Mesh
Kendel dressed up the back of a Sonia Estep Designs Magnolia top with the new Burgundy mesh!
Sarah made a cool top she could throw on over her spots bra for hiking in Yosemite!
AnnMarie made a top with super cool olive accents on the neck and sleeve!
Black Square Mesh
Sonia mashed the new Ellie and Mac Be Creative with the Everyday tee to show off the mesh!
Kendel used the Winter Wear Designs Creative Cap pattern with black mesh and Erin rayon spandex
Abbott
Kendel hacked the 5oo4 Agility Bra to have these cool cross straps in burgundy mesh over Abbott premium athletic. She used the moto hack for the Apostrophe MyFit leggings to make matching bottoms in Abbott.
Sonia used the Sinclair Rocky Tank in Abbott to make herself a workout tank with style!
Brandi used the Mamma Can Do It Relaxed Peplum to make an Abbott twirly dress.
Slate Tricot
Sonia used the Slate tricot to make her husband a Sinclair Rocky Tank with a hood for his workout wardrobe!
Terracotta Rib Knit
Melissa used the Halla Sweet Agnes in Terracotta rib knit for her little's Fall wardrobe.
Mari paired the terracotta rib knit with Nashville rayon spandex for this perfectly coordinated George and Ginger Mix It up.
Kelle stripe matched the ribs on the cuffs, didn't she! I always look for details in her makes because she's so talented! Have you been reading her blog series on stripe matching? It's here on the ALD blog! She used the Sincerely Sawyer Sweater from George and Ginger for this make.
Jan made an Ellie and Mac Ruched Back tee in terracotta rib knit. Isn't this just the perfect Fall staple?
Olive Rib Knit
Wendy self-drafted this Fall dream of a wrap top in the olive rib knit.
AnnMarie made the Made by Runi Baggy Slim Pants in olive rib knit.
Diane made an Ellie and Mac Breezy dress in olive rib knit.
Mustard Rib Knit
Lakeisha hacked the Ellie and Mac Sweetie Pie dress to add a keyhole and bell sleeves and it's just so picture perfect for Fall!
Kendel used the Millicent Joy Dandelion Tee with the cowl from the expansion back for her mustard rib knit and it looks so cozy!
Cressida paired the Somerset liverpool with the mustard rib knit.
Rose Rib Knit
Renee made such a cute cardigan in the Rose rib knit. And it pairs so perfectly with the Alyssa sketchy floral rayon spandex.
Brandi made the Pickletoes Sweet Pickle Tee in Rose Rib Knit
Kelle made the Annelaine Aspen (kids) top in Rose rib knit.
